The churrasco is central to Fogo Gaucho’s experience, inspired by the Gauchos of southern Brazil. These skilled horsemen created a unique grilling method using skewers called “espetões.” More than a meal, the churrasco celebrates community and shared food.

In late 2007, Brazilian chefs introduced the Churrasco tradition in Nairobi, opening Fogo Gaucho, the city’s only authentic Brazilian Churrascaria.

At Fogo Gaucho, the Churrasco is served via a special “Rodizio,” with chefs in traditional attire presenting tender slices of grilled meats directly to guests. Enjoy selections like our signature Picanha and beef ribs, finishing with our grilled Cinnamon Pineapple.

The Rodizio includes a buffet with deli items, soup, fresh salads, hot dishes, and a variety of desserts for all tastes.
